Tuning out the noise,
creating a path to peace.

That's the work I do with every client. As a Certified Divorce Coach, I help moms navigate divorce, custody challenges, and co-parenting dynamics, whether it's high-conflict or simply emotionally overwhelming, with clarity, confidence, and calm. My approach blends practical strategy with grounded emotional support, so you can move forward with a plan that actually works.

My path to this work is personal. I spent over a decade navigating the family court system as a mother advocating for her children, so I know what it's like to be in the trenches, juggling parenting, legal stress, and emotional fatigue. I'm not an attorney and don't provide legal advice, but I bring a deep, lived understanding of the divorce process and the resilience it demands.

10+Years in the
family court system
"I know what it's like
to be in the trenches."

With a background in education and professional certification as a divorce coach, I support women through every stage of the journey. Whether you're managing a high-conflict separation, navigating co-parenting communication, or just trying to stay grounded through change, I'm here to help you stay steady and strategic. You deserve more than just surviving this season. You deserve to rebuild a life that feels like yours again.

I'm also a mother of three, one thriving adult child and two younger children who remind me every day why this work matters. When I'm not coaching, you'll find me with my kids and our dogs, at the beach, out in nature, or finding small pockets of calm in the middle of parenting and life.

Frequently Asked Questions

A divorce coach helps you navigate the emotional, logistical, and communication challenges of divorce and co-parenting. I help you get clear on your goals, prepare for difficult conversations, process overwhelming emotions, and make decisions aligned with your values. I'm not a lawyer or therapist. I'm a strategic partner who helps you show up to every step of this process with clarity and confidence. The work is forward-focused: we start with where you are right now and build a path toward where you want to be.
Therapy focuses on healing past wounds and processing deep emotional trauma. It's invaluable and often necessary. Coaching is forward-focused. We work on where you are right now, where you want to go, and how to get there. Many of my clients work with both a therapist and a coach at the same time, and the two roles complement each other beautifully. The therapist holds the deeper emotional work, and the coach helps with the day-to-day decisions, conversations, and strategy.
No. I am not an attorney and I do not provide legal advice. What I can do is help you understand what questions to ask your lawyer, how to prepare for meetings and court appearances, and how to organize your thoughts and goals so your legal team can actually work with you. I work alongside your attorney, never in place of one. If a question is legal, I will tell you honestly that it belongs with your lawyer.
All sessions are virtual on Zoom. The 60-minute intake session is $222. Most clients then continue with one of the multi-session packages: 4 sessions for $777, or 6 sessions for $1,111. Before any of that, the 20-minute discovery call is completely free, with no obligation to book anything afterward. Pricing is the same regardless of how complex your situation is, so you always know what to expect.
It depends on what you come in with. Some clients work with me intensively for four to six weeks around a major hearing or decision and then taper off. Others continue more loosely over several months as different chapters of the divorce or co-parenting unfold. We talk about pacing during the intake session and revisit it as we go. The shape of the work matters more than its length, and I will never push you to keep booking sessions you do not need.
High-conflict dynamics are one of my specialties. I help moms find communication strategies that protect their peace, hold steady boundaries, and stay regulated when things escalate. Whether it's manipulation, boundary-pushing, gaslighting, or the kind of ongoing tension that wears you down over years, we'll build a plan that keeps you grounded and your children protected. We will work on practical skills like the BIFF framework for communication, documentation habits, and parenting-app strategy.
Yes, with one important caveat. I am not a custody evaluator and I do not provide legal advice on custody arrangements. What I can do is help you prepare for custody mediations and court appearances, communicate clearly with your co-parent on parenting decisions, document patterns that matter, and stay grounded through what is often the most emotionally charged part of the divorce. Custody work is one of the situations where coaching most often runs alongside an attorney, and the pairing tends to work well.
Many of my clients come to me before they have filed anything, when they are still trying to figure out whether divorce is the right step. Coaching can help you slow that question down, separate clarity from panic, and think through the practical and emotional implications of the choice. I do not push toward any particular outcome. The work is helping you make a decision you can live with, whichever way it goes. Some people end up filing, some do not, and both can be the right answer.
If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like you're constantly reacting instead of moving forward, you're ready. You don't need to have it all together before we start. The free 20-minute discovery call is designed to help you figure out if coaching is the right fit for where you are right now. There's no pressure and no commitment, and if I think you would be better served by a different kind of support, I will tell you honestly.
All sessions are held virtually via video call on Zoom, so you can access support from wherever you are. This makes it easy to fit coaching into your schedule, whether you are between school pickups, on a lunch break, or carving out a quiet hour after the kids are asleep. Virtual sessions also mean you can keep working with me if you move, travel, or change cities during the process.
